The saddest part about it is that he’s feeling guilty for putting a lock on his own property?? We just want to give this poor neighbor a hug and tell him everything is going to be okay, because he seems like he wouldn’t harm a fly…let alone know how to shut down someone taking advantage of him and his patience…Maybe it’s time to call someone in the municipality to set this man straight, because clearly, he is struggling to do it on his own.
