Chanel launched five new shades of the liquid lipstick Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue ($50 each). I’m not usually a fan of liquid lipstick...

Hi Frank
I see you posted my secret last week. But you only showed the side that said to put it in the freezer. That wasn’t the secret! The secret itself was on the other side. It would appear when you freeze the postcard.

Hi M,
Your postcard has had an interesting journey in my home. My wife has discovered postcards all over our house but never in our freezer! When she asked me about it, I told her it was written with cold-sensitive ink, and I put it there in hopes of revealing its secret. It worked! But when I set it aside for a few days, the ink disappeared and wouldn’t return, even when I refroze it. Do you remember the secret?

Oh, no!
Sure, the double haiku is burned into my brain:
Fired my therapist
‘Cos I had a crush on him
He confessed the same
I am married. We
Live on different continents
It could never work.

Hey Frank,
What is the weirdest thing you have signed at a PostSecret event?

Hi Frank,
I have been a fan of PostSecret since I first heard about it. I am an animator and illustrator and over the past few months I was struggling to find inspiration for a personal project. Then I had the idea of turning some secrets into little vignettes and stringing them together to make a longer video. I thoroughly enjoyed making this animation and I hope you like it too!! https://vimeo.com/1062509027

Dear Frank,
Last year I sent in my secret about struggling to forgive my mom and Eddie Vedder showing me how. You posted it in November. On December 22, 2024 my mom was diagnosed with cancer of the brain. She passed away on February 18, 2025. I was with her during her last week of life. I told her I loved her. I told her I forgive her and I asked her to forgive me. I was with her when she drew her last breath. The power of forgiveness is freeing.

I encourage anyone who is lucky enough to have a living parent to call them right away. Have the difficult conversations. Do it before it’s too late. And if the conversation is just too damn difficult… then just say “Thank you. I love you and I forgive you. Please forgive me.”
Peace,
M.B.
