Who in the world would abandon a precious catto on the side of a busy freeway? Haven’t we come to the understanding that shelters exist for a reason? Though they might be full, it’s unlikely that a compassionate shelter would turn away a kitten that would otherwise be abandoned out in the world. Especially with very domestic cats, they don’t have the street smarts to figure out how to get food, water, and keep from the elements if the weather gets bad. Luckily, one hooman at a time, abandoned cats are being saved from neglectful pet owners and brought into loving furever families who will appreciate and cherish them instead of dumping them on the highway like garbage.
