This guy was “young and dumb,” as he describes himself, and made the mistake of renting a home that was in an HOA. The rules were immediately sketchy, like, the first rule of him not being allowed to actually see the rules because he was a renter and not a homeowner, but immediately got a fine before he even moved in… Like, what? But don’t worry, he was able to get a full refund, taint the reputation of his landlords and HOA, and move out to better pastures. Justice served, baby!
