Every day, millions of customers have terrible experiences. Support teams get blamed. Budgets get slashed. Quality drops further. Everyone shrugs and calls it “the cost of doing business.”

We think that’s wrong.

We started Solidroad because we believe customer experience can be both excellent and efficient. We’re building the AI that turns every customer conversation into a learning opportunity. We’re creating software that makes customer teams more effective.

And we’re just getting started.

This is not a normal startup

There’s a wall in our office covered with rejection emails from investors who passed on us. Right next to them hangs a hand-drawn revenue chart that climbs from $1,000 MRR to $10 billion MRR.

We made that display back when things weren’t going well. When we’d been written off. When our calendars were empty and our Stripe dashboard showed zeros. When most people would have pivoted or packed up.

Instead, we got hungrier.

We want to make lots of money. Not because we’re greedy, but because in software, making money means creating value. The more revenue we generate, the more problems we’re solving for customers who are willing to pay us to solve them.

We’ve climbed from that empty calendar to analyzing hundreds of thousands of conversations monthly. Crypto.com cut their handling time by 18%. Podium halved their onboarding time. ActiveCampaign saved a year of coaching effort.

The line on our revenue chart keeps moving up. And we’re nowhere near done.

What we’re looking for

People who ship fast and iterate quickly. We deploy daily. We’d rather learn from real customer feedback than debate perfect plans in isolation. If you’ve been frustrated watching teams over-plan while customers wait, you’ll love working here.

People who are customer-obsessed. We’ve flown our entire company to visit customers from London to Madrid to Lehi, Utah. The best solutions come from deeply understanding the people who use them. If you believe customer insights should drive every decision, you’ll thrive here.

People who embrace direct feedback. We push each other to be better and support each other when things get tough. If you want to work alongside people who care enough to help you grow, this is your place.

People with chips on their shoulders. Maybe you’ve been underestimated. Maybe you’ve worked on impressive-sounding projects with zero real users. Maybe you’re tired of solutions that look good on paper but solve nothing. Use that energy to build something that genuinely makes a difference.

What you’ll get

Equity that could actually matter. We’re determined to build a company of enduring value. We’re not interested in quick exits or flashy valuations – we’re here to solve a real problem for the long term. Your ownership stake reflects our commitment to shared success.

The chance to work with people who are as driven as you are. Our sales team could sell sand in a desert. Our product team can build anything, extremely quickly. We push each other to be better every day. We’re looking for people who will push us even harder.

Problems worth solving. Customer experience touches every business on earth. Most of it is broken. We’re building the infrastructure to fix it. The impact is real, immediate, and measurable.

A front-row seat to the AI revolution. We’re not just using AI – we’re pioneering new ways to apply it to human performance. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology to solve problems that have never been solved before.

The resources to go fast. We’ve raised $8M from First Round Capital, Y Combinator & industry veteran angels. We have runway to experiment, fail, learn, and build the right thing. No scraping by on ramen and hope.

What makes this different

Deep investment in meaningful work. We work hard because we care deeply about what we’re building. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out environment – it’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself genuinely excited about Monday morning because you’re building something that matters.

Autonomy and ownership. We hire brilliant people and give them the context and resources to do their best work. You’ll have significant ownership over your projects and the freedom to solve problems your way.

Results-driven culture. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and always keep moving forward. Performance matters here because our customers depend on us to deliver real value.

The chance to shape our story. We’re still writing the rules of what Solidroad becomes. You’ll help define our culture, our processes, and our future. That’s the kind of opportunity you only get at a company that’s still small enough for every person to make a real difference.

Our Team & Culture

We’re a small, focused group working full-time in our San Francisco office. We’re here five days a week because building something ambitious means collaborating closely, solving problems together, sharing ideas spontaneously, and occasionally challenging each other to padel matches, cold plunges, or karaoke evenings.

We’re intentional about creating a culture that’s mature, supportive, and fun. You’ll be joining experienced founders who’ve done this before, alongside a tight-knit team genuinely excited about building something impactful.

The bottom line

We’re building something that could fundamentally change how businesses think about customer experience. We have the funding, the traction, and the team to make it happen.
But we need you.

If you want to spend the next few years of your life building something that matters, with people who care as much as you do, for customers who will genuinely benefit from what you create – then let’s talk.

The revenue line on our wall keeps climbing. We’d love for you to help us see how high it can go.
